1. Digital Nature of Services

All our services (e.g., 2D/3D plans, Vastu reports, interior designs, estimation reports, etc.) are delivered digitally. Once delivered, these services are considered final and non-returnable.

We do not offer refunds once a digital service has been delivered or the design process has started, except in the following situations:

Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally make more than one payment for the same service.
Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the service within the promised time and you no longer wish to proceed.

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of payment with proof of transaction.
